Hello, I'm Catherine, 

 

I am a Wellbeing & Mindset Life Coach. I am also a Functional Nutrition Coach. 

 

I combine a range of tried and tested modalities in my practice and use a holistic (mind, movement, food & soul) approach to help you achieve your best health and wellbeing, your dreams and goals, and life balance and contentment.

We all want and deserve to have fulfilling relationships, time and space for ourselves, healthy personal boundaries and so much more. I really believe this is possible for us all. Sometimes we just need a helping hand to get started. 

If any of this resonates, I'd love for you to join me on a coaching journey. Coaching transformed my life a few years ago and I have never looked back. Life of course still has its ups and downs, that's normal. But I have the skills and tools to stay balanced, content, healthy, and in control. I am passionate about sharing this. 

Sometimes we might not be able to change our circumstances immediately but we do have control over how we respond or react to them so that we feel better. And there are a whole range of tool kits to make this happen. I believe life is full of different chapters and with the right tools we can make each one great. We can kickstart new beginnings, new habits and new ways of being. 

 

I also believe that by 'healing' and sorting ourselves out, we are better able to 'heal' and support others. We can prevent the cycles that have held us stuck from repeating through the generations, in other words, with our own children or with other loved ones. The benefits of being more whole in ourselves do ripple out.

I have been unhappy with my relationship with food (particularly sugar) throughout my adult life and have tried a number of approaches to try to take back control of my impulses.  Catherine approached our sessions with empathy and understanding, and listened intently, which allowed her to reflect my thoughts and feelings accurately, and to identify a solid approach with which to move forward. It was a wonderful experience working with Catherine. Her consistent reminders of the basics of making habit changes, and encouragement she gives is huge. She made me feel that no matter how small the action I wanted to take, it was okay.
